1st pc. 24,26,28,30…4 minute rest.
2nd pc. 26,28,30,32…4 minute rest.
3rd pc. 28,30,32,34 (spin it)…5 minute rest.
4th pc (w/start) 24,26,28,30…5 minute rest.
5th pc (w/start) 26,28,30,32…5 minute rest.
6th pc. (w/start) 28,30,32,34.
